I just changed offices, and I'm experiencing the same thing. I'm a caregiver/job coach for adults with special needs, and I never stopped moving at my old office. I was constantly helping somebody with something. My new office is geared towards higher functioning individuals, who are much more capable and need a lot less assistance and supervision.
I'm bored out of my mind, and somehow I'm completely drained after work. I used to go straight to my school after work and do homework or write until my evening classes, now all I want to do is go home and pluck around on the internet. (Like I'm doing right now.)
