I find it very irritating that they push the credit cards so much. That is not fair to the employees that work there.

there was another book store that I had applied for and one of the criteria was one has to be able to sell gift cards, I read on glass door one of many gripes is that many were let go because they weren't able to meet the quota for selling gift cards which I think is BS because the company is still making money on the book transaction anyways.
