Instantly retire, buy two different properties in two different places that are special to me so I could alternate from one to the other. Donate to autism self advocacy non profits like ASAN.
Possibly buy and bankroll an organic farm paying the employees very well. Go hog wild on special interests and fun routines and live as stress free as possible.

I would buy myself a house. One with a separate living space for my mum.

I'd probably keep most of it in investments and use the interest to pay for travel.

Probably would pay for surgery to help with my lose skin issue since losing a bunch of weight.

I would help out a couple of my friends who I know are struggling at the moment, but in like a ninja way by leaving gifts at their house of things they need and getting the supermarket to play along by telling them they've won a trolley full of free groceries.
