One of the biggest benefits of getting my AS diagnosis was understanding why I suck at job interviews.

So instead of thinking 'practice makes perfect' and just trying harder, I shall now try something different. I'm going to try making up a big list of all the questions I'm ever likely to be asked, and memorising my answers.

I shall also make a list of achievements at work so that I don't have to try to remember them when responding to key selection criteria whilst writing a résumé.


(You might be an aspie if you insist on spelling 'résumé' with acutes over the 'e's.)
