Desk job and addiction to the computer

The neat thing about the invisible clock is all the different timers and settings for them.
You can set several different timers so they go off at specific times of the day.
The 'Meeting Timer' will start vibrating or beeping, something like 15 minutes before your actual deadline-time, then again at 10 minutes with an increase in intensity of the vibration/beep, then again and again until the actual time you want to quit the meeting, change topics, whatever.
There is a setting called 'Custom Timer' which I have not used and know nothing about.
How about using the timer with notes on cards that coincide with the timer settings?
The regular timer settings are labeled - Timer 1, Timer 2, etc
You could have notes that correspond with the Timer 1, Timer 2, to help prompt your daughter to read the notes and take the actions on them.
How about a cellphone with a text screen? Or a palmpilot thing - I don't know if these vibrate or not.

I think that this sort of thing would definately be useful as she ages, but for now, she struggles a great deal with filtering all that is going on around her, organizing anything that may need doing, self regulation and passage of time... adding yet another thing to remember, to everything else going on tends to send her over the edge. Perhaps to do with the CAPD? I dunno...
Yeah, maybe a palm pilot! Good call
