Record Producer or Sound Engineer.

I detest offices, even though I work in one right now. Everyone's really awesome but I can't stand flourescent lights and sitting in front of a computer for 40 hours a week. I'd much prefer to be either in a recording studio, moving about placing mics, recording and mixing or setting up and mixing live gigs.

Truck driver. Minimal human interaction, and having an utterly random sleep schedule is not an issue.

Strictly database entry with a nice side of Pandora.com.

My dream jobs would be (in order from most favorite to least):

- Combine Operator (Custom Harvester)
- Farm Equipment Mechanic
- Live Sound Engineer
- Recording Engineer
- School/Mall/Office Custodian
- Dock Worker
- Truck Driver
- Graphics Design
- 3D Animator

I would do any and all of these jobs and love them, but some I'd like more than others.

I wanted to become a writer but I see now that most likely isn't going to happen. I'm highly considering becoming a history teacher instead, as I am interested in history.

I work as an analytical chemist, working 12 hour shifts at a chemical plant. When I work nights I am all by myself and when I commuicate with other plant workers, it is a brief messages and conversations, not much interation at all

Working days there are a few people in lab with me, my boss and the senior chemist but my convesations with them are most always work oriented

Hey buddy, I was joking about Slave(it was 150 years ago anyway) I was being sarcastic with the job list. I've actually held a few of those jobs.

Dream as in its probably not going to happen?

A dream job, one I could never realistically imagine happening but would like, would be taking care of infant orangutangs at a sancutuary.

When I was kid, I thought the greatest job in the world was to work at a junkyard, and run the machine that crushes the cars flat and the machine that crushes them into little cubes.

My dream job would be working with technology and media in a church enviroment.

2. Anesthesiologist
3. Inventor

I would have wanted to be one of the spot painters of Damien Hirst spot paintings. I saw some footage of these guys painting the spots. I could do that all day.

Programming is challenging I just don't like dealing with the clients or the responsibility.

I don't believe in the whole 'career' nonsense. I'd much rather it be like the renaissance, with people using what they've got without being put though a mangle where everyone ends up in middle management.

You don’t hear people saying ‘I invented the helicopter last week, been working on my fresco, hope to get some surgery done as well’.

Now, someone be my wealthily benefactor so I can do the biology, technology and arts.

My dream job is to be a software developer/engineer for a major company like Red Hat or IBM. (I won't even consider the remote possibility of maybe working for Microsoft.)

That's all I really want out of this lifetime. It will be hard work though.
