But that is only if there isn't a box that describes adequately the help you need.. right? Most of the boxes that you can tick give a good range of answers anyway.

Ive only kept copies of the main pages that i filled in (only 6-8 pages) IIRC a lot of it is purely physical stuff that wasnt relevant to me (climbing stairs, using the toilet etc), so i wouldve ticked no problem and skipped the page.
Which form is it? I think i might have been sent 2 forms the first time i applied, then just one on the reappication.
Then theres the IB50 (not DLA related) thats a complete nightmare
- just spend a week struggling with it.
