In addition to bus driving, I have my own computer business.

I am. It's not glamourous but I scrub people's toilets for 15-20 bucks an hour. I can set my own hours and get more pay than I could at other unskilled jobs and I don't have to put up with co-workers. Of course, It's not something I want to do for the rest of my life, but it'll do while I get an educaion.

I work as an actress/model, so I am in the most basic form a contracted employee.

It sounds like the most ideal form of employment for AS types.. I would love to work for myself.

I am starting to get a website together and am hoping to start a small business online, but I don't actually know what I am going to sell yet. :?

I'm a freelance translator working out of my home, part-time. I also have an Internet store, also run from home, part-time. For me, self-employment is ideal.

Is it hard to find work ? Im currently doing writing on a small scale. Its mostly short articles for websites, the pay is pretty bad but they tend to be less critical on your writing. They just want articles coming in on the bulk.

Im thinking, after I have been doing this for a while and built up some experience, I would like to tackle bigger articles for for newspapers and magazines rather than websites. It seems freelancing is a bit of a risky career and Im not sure if I should dedicate my life to it. But I think freelancing is ideal for someone with AS.
