I know the feeling. Most of my jobs have been minimum wage jobs like convenience stores, food service, and janitor. It seems impossible to get through the day sometimes. Has the local rehab office been of any help? They're no help here but they may be in other states. Best to you.

hj, just keep applying. Just ask applications anywhere you see a help wanted sign (yeah, I know that part's tough, have someone go with you) and just try anything. If it doesn't wok out, you've lost nothing. But in time, it will work out. Because working is just like any other thing: You do it, you get better at it, then one day you realize it isn't so hard. Even the parts involving people isn't so bad, cause you only say what you have to say, like a script. Anything else, send them to the manager.
