Like my job, but hate my boss and his boss. Life is quite miserable at work these days. (At least both are getting close to retirement age.) *sigh*

That's the opposite of my work, sort of hate my job but my boss and coworkers are really nice.

I do not know any of the details, so I cannot offer an opinion about whether your boss is a complete idiot or a smart jerk.

My boss is the idiot.
His boss is the smart jerk.
And my boss always tells me to do things that his boss won't like.
It's torture.
