Sorry, I don't have any suggestions about finding a job in India.
But in relation to finding a job more generally, having been out of work and not having experience is a bit of a problem.
Why don't you see if there are any charities or other groups who need volunteers? If you volunteer, you build up your CV and get references, which makes it easier to get a permanent job. Yeah, I know, who wants to work for free when you have bills and rent to pay? But if you're not working anyway...
Another good idea is to register with temp agencies. It can sometimes be easier to get a job as a temp. In some ways, temp agencies aren't so fussy when it comes to recruitment as an employer. It sometimes means just filling out a form and having a short interview and maybe some tests to prove your proficiency level with different software.
While someone who's Aspie might not do very well in such an interview, they will likely still keep your details on file and might give you a call if they need someone with your skills. The agencies operate on commission, they charge a company a certain amount and deduct their commission and pay your hourly rate with the rest. It's in their interest to try and place you in an assignment.
This can be a good way into a permanent job. If you're not particularly good at interviews, but good at carrying out tasks, you can scrape by an agency test (which aren't as demanding as an interview for a 'proper' job) and get your foot in the door as a temp and then hopefully prove yourself and get offered a permanent position.
