Can people in the armed forces who are diagnosed with Aspergers receive veteran's disability benefits based on their condition?

Hard call. I would think the answer is "yes" because I see people with VA disability who really did not have the military to blame for their condition (e.g., diabetes, heart defects, etc.).

However, if the military sends you home of a medical because of AS and you had enough time in to qualify, I would suspect you are going to have a disability rating and be eligible for assistance.

Someone have more experience with VA disability benefits?
