friends at the job

you know what is really weird..... is when people will talk to you at work but they dont even want to say a word to you at school. because i talk to this girl at work all the time but at school it seems like i dont exsist to her and its that way with alot more people.

If any body knows why this happens please write me!

maybe because at work you are stuck together, and people get bored. At school maybe she isn't forced to be with you so she doesn't talk to you, or she doesn't want to be seen talking to you (it's possible). People you chat with at work aren't really actual friends anyways, 99% of the time...

Kids have a tendency to only hang out in their own group or clique, and if your group is even remotely different than their group, then they might not talk with you because they don't want to "upset" their friends because it may not be "cool" with their friends. Of course, this is very juvenile, but the good news is as people grow older, there is less likelihood that you will have this problem.
