All I can say is: Mission accomplished.

Please ask me how I did it and I will gladly let you know as soon as I can.

How did you do it?

You should be able to get back to me straight away, right? Even if you are in the middle of something else? 8)

It is a journey that requires three things: Money, resources, experts in the know who can help and time.

This is how you do it in a grocery store.

I don't have the time to write my life story from 2007 but what I can tell you is this:

-You have to keep a calm head at all times, ask your immediate supervisor for a list of tasks and some times to complete them in. Now what you don't want to do is do each task one at a time then move on to the next one. That is an inefficient way of working. What you want to do isTake a look at the list and either ask or figure out for yourself which task is more important. Then take a look at all the other tasks and figure out a way to integrate those other tasks into that task. For instance, when I am stocking the shelves with cheese, I know that the store wants the cheese to be pushed forward as much as possible. So what I do is while I'm loading cheese to the shelf I make sure that it is pushed forward as much as possible.

Yeah, kind of multiple quick passes, that's what I'm learning.
