Apparently some people take lower paying jobs when qualified for higher paying ones, because they don't want to take the responsibilities that come with the higher paying one....except that one lady Linda who found a strange way to fulfil a need of feeling superior to others.

I admit that I waste a lot of time...possibly costing opportunity, but without an "interest" to make me want to put in the time and energy, I'd burn out really fast trying to do what many say I should do.

Very true...or maybe in this case, not everyone can handle a job at which they want to perform well at, and are afraid they won't.
