Can't get through life, I pray that I get a part-time job
Ugh! This feels so terrible for me right now. There is a game called TV Manager 2 online for order, and my family has no money at all and things are getting very slow and not much is getting done. I don't know how. I just wish I can hold back my freshman college years a year so I can get a part-time job already. I am 19 and never had a real part-time job by the way, other than IEP-supervised vocational volunteer work (Comfort Inn, Salvation Army, local shops and charity banks, etc.). How should I convince my parents now? My college deal is almost sealed, and after that, I will be seperated from my parents and a job possibility.
I can't get through life without buying things to help me to, in this case, be entertained.
I don't drive either, and there is a possibility that I won't be able to.
I don't mean to sound like a whiner about it, I know people can't drive but have jobs.
Yes, you can get through all of this.
If the "college deal is almost sealed" than it makes sense that would be the route to continue.
It could be possible to have a part-time job while going to college full-time, but I have done this and it is exhausting--too much to do.
Have your discussed your money situation with your parents? If not, you need to.
Is there a disability-related reason you can't drive, if there is not than I would suggest you get your drivers license--it can make life easier even if you don't have a car right now.
You may WANT the Tv Manger 2 game but you don't NEED it. Your life will be fine if you do without.
Just trying to help
