Is a night auditor a good job for someone with Aspergers?

I did kind of apply for it, but more because I hadn't tried to apply for it yet. I thought it might be hard to do. It's for a hotel I think. They did call me for a possible interview, but I haven't yet called back to set up an interview.

If you enjoy working with numbers and balancing a checkbook, it would probably be a great job.

I worked in the hotel industry both during and after college as a desk clerk. It wasn't the best fit for an Aspie, but I managed to run the customer service script pretty well most of the time. The night auditor at our hotel came in at 11:00 PM, and for the most part he could do his work without a lot of interruptions since the majority of guests were already checked in by that time. They might need you to fill in for a little desk clerk work, giving people toiletry items or setting up coffee in the AM (depending on the size of the place), but you'd most likely be left alone to do your work overnight.

That actually could work in my favor.

This job doesn’t sound bad, good luck.
