I'm looking for a new job. My current job just isn't doing me a service anymore. I've got my hours cut drastically. I'm only going to be working at least two hours a week. Four hours at the most. I hate it! It sucks! I refuse to bring home $80 a month! I refuse! The manager to one of the stores that we were doing the parking lots for wanted out of the contract. If he tries to get back in the contract, we're screwed either way. My boss is going to say, "No."

The thing that makes it worse is that all the routes have been changed around because of this. I hate it! There's also only three people on instead of 4. I hate everything about it. What makes it worse is that my favourite trash wand wasn't in the truck. I had to use one of the old ones, and the handles on the old ones slow me down, because they're not as easy on my hand. I don't like things that slow me down.

I have a meeting with the job placement officer at my clubhouse tomorrow afternoon. I want to be making the proper exit by getting the other job, giving my two weeks notice and than moving on. I need to do this. I have more things to buy than the average person. I don't mean special interests. I mean things for a certain medical problem.

My parking lot dream made in Heaven has turned into a nightmare in Hell.

The thing that makes it even worse is that there's a landscaping crew that works for the company that I work for, that does lawns and gardening. My female supervisor doesn't have enough faith in me to be able to weed flower beds or mow a lawn for 8 hours, even though I was able to shovel snow without having a meltdown twice this winter. She feels that way on the basis of my body type (I'm an Endomorph) and what I lack between my legs. I'm stronger than more than half of those men who are on the lawn mowing crew and she still doesn't have enough faith in me to be able to mow lawns. I know what could also be keeping her. It's the sad looking face that I have. Looks come into play as well. "Oh....she's big and sensitive and she looks like Mick Avory. Don't put her behind a lawn mower." If I'm going to be miserable with all the changes and my lack of equal opportunities, why doesn't my supervisor just set me free as soon as possible, so I can look for a job that gives me the hours that I need, so I can buy my protective undergarments and my specialty Happy Tea and Anxiety Tea, along with my Kinks stuff?

The thing that bothers me the most, is the lack of empathy that my supervisor has for everybody. I told her that I needed the newer garbage wand with the looser handle in order to get my job done faster. It wasn't in the truck. Her response was, "You're the only person who uses it." Here I was with my left hand cramping up, three people to the crew, getting use to a new route and holding back my tears with the prospect of a lousy one day work week to look forward to, next week. A great job gone bad.
