At the end of the year I will be dismissal. I will have to go through an interview to keep my job. And I will have to fill Personality questionnaire. How honest should I be?
If i fill it up truthfully they can refuse me. In the past, the questionnaire was the reason why I was not accepted or invited to an inteview. They want people, who are social, flexible, like changes... But when I do not fill it up truthfully, they will soon find out what I am.
