hi
does anyone have experience with health canada assessments ?

i work for the federal government in canada
due to performance issues at work i asked for an assessment. my doctor was treating me for a schizophrenia and i knew the meds made me have concentration issues.
health canada diagnosed me with asperger's, anxiety disorder and depression.
they advised a workplace accommodation of telework 3 days a week.
HC also advised me (not my employer) to find a new doctor, and recommended new medication to treat anxiety/depression not schizo.

my employer advised me that this is a 'suggestion' only, and that they were considering it.
they advised that they were not bound by health canada accommodation for me.

i am an office worker in a group of 12 ppl, one who teleworks for family care reasons.

my understanding that if feasible, my employer were bound by HC's advice.

has anyone run into this scenario ?
