I have a pending application for a Asperger's Job Readiness program at a local career agency. It's for people aged 18-30 (I barely make the cut) and it consists of 8 weeks of workshops, followed by a 14 week work placement.

I hope I get into the program (there are only 8 spots), since I think it will really help me out.

They actually have such programmes in Canada? from my experience here in England, staff at the jobcentre can't even pronounce 'Asperger's' correctly.
