I just wanted to post this to show others that at rare times we do win.

three weeks ago (a week before this started) I went to my store manager letting him know I was unable to be a greeter. He said no problem he will talk to the other MODs and take care of it. Two days later, the day I was set as a greeter I started geeting calls from the front asking for me to come up. After a bit the store manager came up to me and all nicely let me know I misheared him and should be up front. after a few back and forths he yelled at him and told me "You may punch out and leave, I have never asked you to do anything I thought you could not do or more then I have asked others" then off handed tossed off a few ret*ds. Not only did I turn him in to his boss but also to hiss boss and to the CEO.

as of two days ago he was "asked" to step down and me asked back.

Nice...I've been fighting wronfull termination for 3 yrs now. I've got the law on my side but no one at my former employer is willing to listen or investigate.
I'm now into federal court and awaiting a court date but have to go thru more BS first...."discovery" and "meeting with magistrate judge to talk about settlement"
I'm not holding my breath ,... they avoided the EEOC completely ! along with all other attempts to correct this wrong
