Why Gender should matter here? what difference would it make for a such position?

Same for the age range?

And WHY should she be 'good-looking' ? This is a Project Manager position for gawd's sake and not a model post!

Gender, age and looks-based discrimination, what's missing was religion.

In the USA, this would be illegal and be enough to get the EEOC involved.

Wow! No way! That company would get in big trouble here in the US. Here we prefer sneaky discrimination. It remains firmly in the mind of the inteviewer. It is harder to prove and makes company lawyers sleep better at night.

I've always asserted that when an advert says "EOE/AA" it means "white males need not apply.

Basically, they are promoting that they practice "equal opportunity employment" and "affirmative action," which have proven to be detrimental to white males who are qualified for the job in favor of lesser qualified minorities.

It looks like as if part of the job is the be a "plaything" of the CEO.

If I was a good looking 28-35 year old female I doubt I would want to work for this person.

In every job description I see says ''must have excellent customer service skills and excellent communication skills''. I wish they wouldn't put the word ''excellent'' in there too much. Nobody's perfect.
