I have been with Kroger for four years and I have done my job there to the best of my ability. I have done well there. I went from janitor to bagger to grocery clerk to dairy clerk. Now I feel that my time is up at that place. The company as a whole does not want me there either. Not because of job performance but because they would rather have new people come in who are going to start out at minimum wage.

Now I know that with Kroger I could put myself on what is called Status 3 but by doing that I would have to leave college and I have one more year until I get a bachelors degree. I would give up my budding social life as well. I make my complaints known to my supervisor and thats like complaining to a brick wall. Right now I am just waiting for an opportunity to open up at Whole Foods Market, I will apply there then leave or if something comes up with the Democratic Party that I applied for. I feel like everyday I come in here its a drag on me. I feel tired, like a kid that outgrew a pair of shoes. I need new shoes, I need to take it to the next level. Unfortunately right now I can't.

Had to tell somebody.
