Hi guys - wish me luck for the second time in two years I'm interviewing potential employees.

One of the people who had signed up turned out not to meet the minimum requirements and I had to cut her from the schedule. She sent me a nasty e-mail.

Shouldn't she be the one to feel bad after applying for a job for which she was totally unqualified.

You know, considering that you may offer the job again in the future and that she could be qualified, I think she messed up sending you a nasty email. In NT parlace, that is called burning your bridges.
