I've been trying to find a job for six months now, and have had no luck. Not even one response or call-back. I'm not being picky, I'm applying for hourly work mostly. I've tried online ads, applying in person, all that. I call back places that are hiring and so far cannot get to the people that do the hiring. The employees just sneer at me and tell me to fill out an application, which I'm sure gets filed in the trash as soon as I leave.
I never had this many problems finding work before we moved here. I don't understand what I'm not doing right.

Please don't blame yourself. Nevada has an extremely high unemployment rate - there just aren't enough jobs yet for all of the people looking.
In fact, I think NV has the highest rate in the country.

My husband is NT (and an awesome sales person in my opinion) and has been unemployed for the past 2 years. Only recently, in the past few months I'm starting to see a few more jobs out there. I think I live in the state with the 2nd highest unemployment rate in the US, or close to that.

It's going to get better....it has to get better.
