Hi people:

I was being diagnosed as Asperger when I was 16. I am 26 years old now. and I am currently working as a part time Assistant in a tutoring centre in Macao (China).

I would like to become a full time tutor in regards of English (for example: teaching business English) in other tutoring centre since the pay is much better than I could support myself for real (the pay of those job is US$25 per hour compare to US$7-8 per hour so yeah). To be honest, I find it hard to communicate with other co-workers. Is that reality for me to change my career?

Can you suggest any courses I need to do before I decide to change my career? Should I inform my future employee in regards of my Aspergers?

Best Regards,

Celia

holding onto jobs is difficult for Aspie's if you are not facing any problems with seniors etc then continue there and side by side continue with education.
quitting job would create bad impression on your resume
in case of Aspie's higher education does not help
i have met people who are less qualified then i am but are doing well much better then me.......

but it can vary case to case........please take ur own decision
