So I recently applied for a graduate position with a company and after passing some tests they have invited me for a phone interview
I knew this would be coming but I am still freaking out as i have never had strong communication skills.
Any advice on how to cope with interviews over the phone? Any tricky questions to look out for?
I suppose I should be happy too considering out of over 1000 applicants I am one of the lucky few who got this far!

Phone interviews are the best, so much easier than face-to-face interviews!! What I did when I had mine was I wrote up a sheet that I kept in front of me, of questions they might ask and my responses to them lol (they almost always ask some of the same ones like, what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc.). Also I listed some talking points so I would be sure to list some of my major achievements, and really whatever set me apart from everyone else.

Plus, you can interview in spiderman pajamas and no one will ever know! (for the record, I do not speak from personal experience! )

Thanks for your advice and wrote up a sheet of paper for my interview and think I did OK. For the future though I wont write out my answers in full as I found myself reading them and not talking about them.
