Does anyone here have a really awful boss?

Each time I have a task allocated to me, he snoops on me. He is literally behind my chair and even before I have started to type, he will say something like "That's wrong". Everyone has their own method to complete the task.

I am wondering why he is disturbing me all the time, as there is so much time he consumes complaining when I would have submitted a completed task regardless of which method I choose.

Are there any rules on workplace harassment?

Does your boss do this to others? If so, you should all get together to talk to him about this. If not, then he is definitely targeting you. If it's just you, then you need to tell him nicely that you work better when people are not breathing down your neck, as this makes you nervous, and more prone to making mistakes. If that doesn't work, then talk to his immediate supervisor about this. Just tell them the same thing you told him.
