Work Struggling
<Emotion>
I am feeling extremely sad on my job environment. A lot of boss talked to me, even scolded on me. But I am still very panic on the things that I am having and I worried about my future so much.
<Situation>
I worked as an auditor, in year 5 already. Despite taking a very senior role and a high potential to promote to manager position, the workloads are so high. To be sepecific, it's the workload of future path, not now. In a situation of severe shortage of manpower and lack of long-term supporting team members, I am kind of giving up. That's why bosses scoled on me. My bad. But I can't work out a good solution.
<Philsophical Thoughts>
I dont agree with the rigid culture of my firm. Say, every small procedures need approval. Like taxi ticket, it's need the secretary's approval, then manager then partern. I am sick of all the rules. It's like, the whole stuff is being played in a very unefficient way. It's like, a clock that rotates, the bosses ask me to push the needle step by step...so boring. What I am thinking is, let me get the logic of the wheels behind the clock and then, simply put a battery or wind the coil to make the clock move.
Any one has faced such situation? Or I am just being too choosy on my career choice? I think I am weired. 99.99% of people say I am at very good situation already and shouldn't complain.

You are sort of neurotypical but shows signs of autism. You probably enjoy intellectual activities more than socializing or maybe you enjoy socializing, but you aren't genius at it. You could be autistic, but may not be.
99.99% of the people see that you have a good job with the potential to grow, but if you see big problems ahead then you should deal with those problems. You don't want to end up burned out.
If you are unhappy and don't like the rigid culture of your workplace and you forsee problems regarding the workload in the future then you should see if there's anything that you or your employer could change so that things work better for you. Perhaps they can hire an extra person to help you if there's a chronic shortage of manpower. If that's not possible then it may be time to reconsider working there in the first place.
How long do you think you'll have untill that workload increases for you and becomes problematic?
I guess four months. And now I am actively seeking for jobs even though the market looks a bit clumsy.

I think your company would benefit from you finding a way to make it run more efficiently. They have probably gotten used to things being a certain way, and need a change. But, of course, I don't know whether you can do anything without risking your job.
I am reading a book called 'Smart Swarm' by Peter Miller, which talks about how swarms of ants, and other groups of animals, behave so efficiently (without using memos ). It probably won't change anything in your job to read it, but it might give you something to focus on while you work. And if you find a good job to go to, you can offer your company an analysis of what they are doing wrong and how to fix it. It might give you some inspiration for yourself to accomplish this, even if they do not accept it. If they do, they may offer you a better job also.
I do not know anything about how things are done where you are, it is just a suggestion. I do not want you to get into trouble. I find that when I am unhappy with something, it helps me to find a better solution, even if I don't have the courage to implement it.
I do not think you should worry about what 99.9% of people think. It is not their life, it is yours. You should be the one to judge what is important and what makes you happy, not them. I think you sound very unhappy and I hope you find a way to be more happy.
Best wishes.
