Most states is 16, but it's state to state. I know up in Maine there were 14 year olds working at McDonalds when I went when I was like 10. It's state to state, some states require like, work permits from your townhall or something, too. You also won't be able to work fulltime at your age, either.
Other than that, your best bet would be go to the stores you wanna work at, and ask them. See if you can speak with a manager, too, and see what shifts are needed, and what, if any requirements there are for work permits and stuff like that, then apply.
