whenever i have to attend office in the ngo where i work i work on the field and once a while visit office for meeting etc i really feel out of place with so many people around i dont know where i fit in
i am the quietest person and i end up eating alone during lunch break
i dont like going to office working on the field is better

i dont go out with friends
its just work, home, and no emotional companion also

i know something of where you are coming from here. the only time my phone rings is when solicitors are trying to part me with my money.

Since you're female, I would suggest asking some of the male co-workers if you can sit with them. Be careful that they don't get their hopes up and think you're trying to flirt with them. But if you ask politely and sincerely, I'm sure some of the men would be than happy to accommodate a shy, quiet woman from the office.

From what I've read about women with AS trying to interact with NT women, it's probably best that you don't try to join one of the "girl's clubs" at lunch. Just find a few well-mannered men and they probably won't mind you sitting with them.
