Sell drugs. You will help the abusers destroying their nervous system and GET PAID FOR IT!

Can't get better than that. If you're not afraid of getting your record stained its a good money-source.

Revenant, something more productive and less illegal might have been better advise. Unknown, do you have any speical talents at school, what are your grades like? Maybe you could do private tutoring or something. You could charge abour $30 per session per kid...Try to use your talents to your advantage.

Here's some ideas:

• Work at a grocery store

• " " video rental store
• " " movie theater
• " " pet store

God gave you an extra lung, kidney, and, if you are male, testicle, to sell on the black market exactly for this reason.

Luckily it's winter, maybe there'll be some storms in your area. A motivated guy with a shovel can make some $ that way.

Collecting cans is an idea if your state has a redemption law.

It's going to be hard to come up with that much in a short time, you may be better off finding 7 ways to make $200 than 1 way to make $1400. Sell off some old games, cd's, equipment etc...

You could also organize something. I had a friend who would get local bands, and rent out a hall for $250. He'd buy a bunch of soda from Sam's club (averaging out to about $.20 per can) and sell them for a dollar. He charged $10 for the tickets, and after the bands, hall, and other supplies were paid off, he still had some significant money left over. (200 people at $10 per is pretty attainable) If music isn't your thing, I'm sure you can think of some interest that would bring a bunch of people together. It may not be on the same scale as my friend, but like I said, you're probably going to have to do this step by step.

Washing dishes at a restaurant isn't that bad either, I did it. Sometimes it's a bit busy, but it pays OK, and you're not dealing with the general public like the waitstaff/busboys do.

Go to google and look up the freecycle group in your area. Freecycle is a way to give away old stuff that is still good but is no longer wanted. People give away all sorts of stuff - clothes, old computer stuff, books, appliances, furniture, lots of stuff. Comb the list and start collecting stuff from people (you'll probably need a car or someone with a car to do this). Once you have the free stuff, sell it on ebay or through community notice boards.
People give the stuff away because they couldn't be bothered selling it on ebay or through some strange altruistic desire. Take advantage, get moving

Or steal something from someone and mail pieces of it back; a ransom.

OR start a website asking for donations.
