I've seen suspected Aspies in all walks of life but when I worked as a shipper/receiver in an industrial park I met probably 50 other shipper/receivers in the same industrial park. Probably a quarter of them were clearly Aspies and the rest were very accepting of Aspie-like quirks. I see a lot of Aspies doing event security at the hockey games I go to.
Another career path I noticed many Aspies in are couriers/delivery persons and cooks. Again, this is probably due to the lack of socializing done.
I didnt know I wanted to do when I got out of highschool, so I became a nurse. I know that I would always have a job . I didnt know that I had aspergers then and why I never liked touching people lol. I worked at a couple of nursing homes and left one to go to a hospital (biggest mistake of my life). I went back to a nursing home was fired, and now I work as a Home health nurse. The best job for a nurse with as! I have one patient that I take care of and I can follow my set routine and text people instead of talking on the phone. I highy recommen it.

There is no correct answer, it all depends on the individual. Though many aspies have particular special interest(s), and you could consider something related to that area.
