Ok i have been working in this NGO from past two years. I love the job teaching the underprivilaged children
everything about the job is good except that i am unable to make social connections
My teammates find me weird and they dont talk with me.
last year i was bullied extensively.
And this year my co worker ignores me and uses me for her gain
She dumps her work on me.
Next two month school wont be there and we would be sitting in office
and doing all the lessons demo.
That would be harrowing time for me with the room full of people who talk, laugh, shout
I am odd one out and no one shares their lunch with me
No one comes to communicate with me
They find me weird
I plan to quit the job i cant take it anymore
I feel depressed and hurt
I am planning to look for some coaching class job where i can teach for one or two hours
and after my teaching just leave from that place
No socialisation, no rapport building and no co worker headache
How does my plan sound
Please guide?? Does anyone else teach in coaching classes??
