Do any of you have suggestions about attending a probation review meeting?
I think I might be passing mine, finally!
I have never had a major probation review in the last five years, except for one that was completely hopeless where I got treated badly. So, what do you folks do to get ready for one? I am thinking of putting together a list of good stuff that I have done, and great kids programs that I have done, as I am a children's librarian. I don't know about my management skills, but there you go.
Do employers generally tell you that they are going to fire you before your annual probation review meeting, if that is the case? I think I would have some earlier warning.
