Does anyone here work in the Aerospace Industry
Im considering doing a masters in satellite systems engineering, however before I
make a decision I'd like to know the following
1. Given how small the industry is compared to others such as agriculture and finance, is it really competitive to get a job in Aerospace ?
2. Do employers look at your publication record or more at your experience ?
3. How much do employers care about your academic record at universities ?
4. Does the industry constantly make staff redudant to cut costs ?
5. Is suceeding in a job a matter of always coming up with new brilliant ideas or mainly
just hard work and determination
