Ok last year i was promoted to senior facilitator
i had told them that i wont be able to handle the responsibilities
but they insisted.

This year there were talks about me being demoted
and my manager indirectly said that they would be brining in
another sr. facilitator in the centre i work
also i got other feelers that its going to happen

and ultimately it happened
i told them i want to give up sr. facilitator post
they didnt say anything...
that means they were just waiting for it to happen

even if i work for 10 years i wont grow
would be just stagnant
due to my low self esteem and confidence issues

I've read your previous threads, and it sounds as though your working conditions are very poor. I'm afraid I can't offer a lot of advice, but if it helps, I care, and I feel sorry for you.

Are there any support services you could approach about this?
