I've been doing some serious thinking over what I want to do for a job. I think I'd like to be a advocate for aspergers syndrome. When I looked into it though it wasn't what I was expecting. I want to go to conferences and be the one speaking about aspergers and educating the world about it.
How would I go about doing that and is that a advocate or a motivational spokes person?
It would be advisable to have some academic credentials in a pertinent (psychiatry, psychology, etc.) field, or some other notable accomplishments, and preferably both. You also would need to be able to ensure people want to listen to what you have to say, with this being the most important, and elusive, requirement.
