There have been explorations of what we like or dislike about jobs. I'd like to focus on a specific aspect.

Can we list as many jobs as possible, answering all criteria of this equation:

Enough money to live the lifestyle we wish + Work the hours we wish (flexibility) + Alone to focus on the work =

The last two are easy. Anything you want to do in the back shed. But you'll probably starve to death in the attempt.

Librarianship is so not a loner profession. You are amongst other staff and the public all the time. Often, you are their manager, and they ask you questions about their jobs too. And you belong on committees.

Market research when you are on the phone doing calls can be pretty lonely.
Dogwalker.
Entrepreneur.
Telephone sales, as you have a script.

"Enough money to live the lifestyle we wish" is going to be different for different people, though.

Like many my age, and probably more common for Aspies and Auties, I've had more than my share of jobs, and many of them have not lasted as long as I would like.
Here is a list of different jobs I have done starting with my after school job:

Paperboy
packer in supermarket
sales assistant
deckhand
gate-hand (checking tickets on ferry service)
wharf-hand
delivery driver (pizzas)
delivery driver (car parts)
various administration roles, including positions in state and federal government
gardener
security guard
factory process worker.

I find I can work reasonably well in positions where either I am on my own, or work as part of a duo.
If I have to work with groups I find it very draining and tiring, and dread the conversations and group activities that seem to go with it.
I hate jobs where the other employees want you to join them for drinks/ lunch/ dinner/ or social activities after work; if I've spent all day with them, I don't want to have to deal with them again until the next day or week, as I find it tiring having to work on maintaining a rapport.
I also find I have great difficulty coping with the application and interview process when looking for work.
In interview I have panic attacks, either prior to, during or after, or all three. I come across as anxious, which often is perceived as me being dishonest, or untrustworthy, it's just that I find the interview uncomfortable and confronting, and invariably it makes me too self conscious to function.
I have found some success in doing temp work, signing up with an agency that sends you out to work can eliminate the job search process, as once you're on their books they send you out to work, rather than needing to go through the application process; you just need to keep calling and reminding them you need work.

Any type of science profession if you work in research.
