After all of my recent ordeals at work, I took a week off. I have been having a really hard time with rude customers and it was really getting intense. Next month is my 3 year anniversary at my job, and I really *do* want to work. On my first night back to work (I am doing a lot less hours), someone brought up two pool toys, $19.88 each, and I noticed they said "Noodle" and I commented thinking pool noodle also made these. Well, the screen showed pool noodle $1.88 each and recently I bought my mum and I two pool noodles so I knew this was the wrong price for these. I ripped the label off, scanned the bar code and said "These are 19.88 each" and the lady said "Oh, I only want one then"... I am getting a Front End Hero Asset Protection badge. I got one of these badges in my first month of work when I noticed an error in the flyer and it was for ALL of Canada, and they were able to get in touch with Head Office and get correction notices printed. We have a new HR girl at work and I like her, she's trying to work with me and I feel I can go to her. She said that I am good with these loss protection things. Most people may have just scanned the item and not check the screen. The customer would have had $40 of merchandise for less than $4. It feels good to get positive recognition, especially in such a stressful time for me.

Great catch!

I wish I had not only your eye for detail, but the speed in which you processed it. Had it been me -- it would have hit me 2 hours after she left the store (if at all) *facepalm*

Great job!
