Aspie police officer
I wonder does the are any aspie cop.
I cannot be police officer in Poland because i was exempted from military service.
In Poland any 18 years old must go to military medical conscription, which get 4 medical categories
A fit for military service in time of war and peace
B Temporary unable to service eg 12 month.
D Unable for military service during peace time but fit for military service: transferred to reserve.
E. Complete unable for military service.
When i get to military commission I had mixed feelings about the army, i don't wanted to be drafted into the army for 6 month because when i was on military medical commission polish army was still draft army now it's 100 career army.
My mom told my that i must be honest with commission. I told them about that i have AS and i had epilepsy in past, and i get E medical category.
Now i little regret that i was so honest because with E category i can't be police officer because according to our polish law to be eligible to join police, applicant must have military status "transferred to reserve" with mean have at least D medical category.
I can't changed my medical category because it permanent.
I want to be cop because it cool job, and police officer is treated with respect and awe, and cops can make life of other people miserable with is also cool ( i would could issue penalty ticked to old lady crossing on red light, 14 years old smoking cigarettes, strip driver their driver licence )
I like to watch tv documentary about our Polish traffic police issuing penalty ticked for bad driver, especially when driver beg police officer for mercy
I want be cop because is so much power, such driver who might be stripped driver licence, kid smoking cigarettes, or old drunk man might feel that he/she is nothing a trash i'm in charge here and i can do what i want
Be cop is cool job, but i can't at least in my country.

With an attitude like that, you shouldn't be a police officer. Society doesn't need professional bullies.
You would be a terrible cop. You don't become a cop to make people miserable or to get free stuff or to get respect. You become a cop because you want to help people on the worst day of their lives. You become a cop because you want to help protect the victims of crime and hopefully save them or at least help them. You become a cop because of a desire to see justice served. Your job is to help people, not to lash out at society and be a bully with a badge and a gun.
Cops who join to make people's lives miserable are the as*hole cops who create the bad reputation that many police have. They are like the firefighter who joins for the free stuff, then threatens to let a business burn down that won't give a discount.
I would agree, it is good you can't be a cop.

So you think that a driver that goes 100 km/h in urban areas should not have revoked license.
Or 14 year old boy who smokes cigarettes bragging in front of friends that he can smoke cigarettes (btw i hate smokers unfortunately my mom smoke cigarettes but she is adult) and this teens aloud swearing with the worst curses in my language, if such boy get penalty for underage smoking boy would get citation and penalty ticked according with Polish law he can get legal problem with juvenile court and possible problem in school.
Unfortunately, the police rarely respond because I do not consider this a problem,
If I were a cop I would show this naughty rude teenage boys and girls I would show such kids their place, I bet that they parents think they are "good" kids and students.
There is also the problem with homeless drunks , maybe not in my neighborhood but in my city, do not look good, stink and beg for money to buy alcohol, I would also show them their place.
But you should be doing that out of respect for the law and a desire to protect the community, not a desire to "make people's lives miserable."
Maybe i bad described that, perhaps I watched too much Judge Dred
I talked about it with my mom, she said that no one should exalt someone else's expense.
I also remembered what the priest said at the last sermon "Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted" I felt a little silly
My mom said that smoething must caused that these kids are so reprehensible behave. That no one is born a drunk or homeless. That society should help such people
Honestly, if they gave a psyche evaluation test, you'd flunk that because of your pathological attitude towards people, ethics and justice in general.
On a practical level, I have seen posters her indicating that some with AS have served in the military in their respective countries, but I couldn't recommend that kind of vocation - Autism is a sensory processing dysfunction - our ability to take in the physical world around us and comprehend it all is inhibited and operates more slowly and inefficiently than a normal brain's does. Because of that, our reaction time is at least slightly impaired.
Usually not enough to prevent us from driving, or even learning martial arts skills (though I can't speak to how well we could wield those skills in an actual life-threatening situation), but because of that impairment, I for one would not want to take a job where I might at any moment be forced without warning to react, either to save myself or someone else. That extra second and a half it takes my brain to process the situation could easily be the difference between life and death.

I was rejected from draft with E medical category, which made me a little pleased, because I can not imagine myself listening yelling at me sergeant
But I'd rather have a category D, which exempts from conscription, but it is not an obstacle for the Police service.
I think there is a miscommunication here due to language differences. I am not sure that pawelk is articulating his ideas in the best way due to a problem with knowing the "politically correct" ways of communicating in English. I think he is upset because he cannot do what he wishes he could do, and is frustrated by it, and his language is colored by his frustration.
I think he has a strong sense of what is right and what is wrong, and seeing people doing the wrong things deeply upsets him and he wants to somehow make them right. I think he is going about the wrong way of saying it, unfortunately. I think also being a policeman and wanting to fix society's ills is a noble cause, but it should really be to help others and make the world a better place. This message is not showing through very well though by the choice of words and articulation of ideas.

Well, the rioting is over, and Solidnarnosc won. You might want to think about moving on with your life.

But I'm glad that Solidarność won, and that Poland is a democratic country.
But i'm not like that you and even my own brother accusing me of totalitarian mentality, I just like order and the rule of law

I know this wasn't supposed to be funny but it was.
Police work also requires acuity in reading body language, detecting lies, etc. It is obvious that they train this (in the USA anyway) because every time I get pulled over for speeding or whatever minor infraction, I start with hand tremors and anxiety and can't control it very well, so I appear "agitated" and "guilty" and generally get dragged through more intense scrutiny (searches even though I don't have contraband, etc). Ironically if I actually did commit a crime, or am holding contraband, I have zero issues acting 99% calm and collected (things NT people can't physiologically do). The accusation and expectation that I am guilty is worse than actually being outside the law. Works that way with girlfriends too, I get jittery based on thinking they're thinking I'm thinking of someone else or staring at another girl by accident or etc, so their suspicion itself makes me act guilty as heck if they bring it up. However if I did actually cheat, I'm calm as a clam. It makes me feel antisocial against my own will, I don't want to mislead or manipulate people, but it just happens that way. Frustrating.
I would not make it very far as a police officer, unless I were corrupt.
