I was trying to find a job I could do at home, and I came across a Virtual Assistant job. I can get certified by taking an online course, and the submit my resume or whatnot to various webpages.

Is anyone here a Virtual Assistant/Secretary? If so, what do you do exactly?

I'm not exactly a virtual assistant per se, but I search and apply for writing and copywrite/editing jobs and am working on a site to offer a full range of writing services. I've also just become a healthcare recruiter. For this you have to spend alot of time on the phone (which I don't always like but can handle much better than daily face to face or the politics of being in an office) to place drs, pharmacists, high end healthcare workers with hospitals, clinics, etc.

Hey, that's cool... how did you get to be a healthcare recruiter?
