The number one thing to do before an interview is research the company. Study as much about the company as possible as well the position you will be interviewing for. Most times in my interviews, I was always asked what I knew about the company, why I wanted to work there, and what I knew about what the position entailed. Other common questions include how you dealt with a difficult co-worker or manager and what you did when you had to learn a new skill you were unfamiliar with and how you succeeded. I'm sure you may run into some behavioral interview questions and if you aren't certain how to answer them, the internet has plenty of answers how. The last thing you should do is prepare to ask at least three questions at the end. Without asking any questions, that makes you look like you lack ambition and you won't stand out. I know for many of us who have aspergers, we all struggle in the interview process. I was always told by people I sounded too monotone and that my voice was flat. I had to work on that and the best way I did that was when I was answering the questions, I would tell a story by giving examples and how those examples were relevant to the job. Give at least one past example for each question.
