I'm from Poland

I consider myself to be rightist, my mom is, however, sympathize with the left, she believes that the previous socialist regime that prevailed in Poland to 1989 in spite of its flaws was better for ordinary people.

My mom says that under the previous regime for sure I would get a state pension because of my Asperger syndrome.

Recently I tried to get state pension for people who had disablity or have poor helath, from ZUS (Polish Social security agency) because of my Asperger syndrome, but that was denied , and they said my that i should find a job, but I can not find a job

My mom said that PRL Polish People Republic was lot better, but i'm happy that i live under democracy.

I'm hoping that if i will finish my master degree on Library Science, maybe i would find a job on library or start PhD study and get job on my university.

In how long will you get your MA? I would just continue to go to my university, so I could get it.

"Librarian" is one of the best jobs for Aspies.

At least in the United States, people who are on social assistance don't get treated very well. It's better to have a job, if possible.

Also: Wroclaw is definitely not pronounced Wroclaw LOL......how would you pronounce it? I forgot--but it's very hard for an English speaker to pronounce it. The "l" in Wroclaw" is not the English "l". I think it's pronounced something like a "w." The "w" I know is pronounced like a "v"

I will get my MA in 2015, but for now on i must write my damn MA thasiss My Promotor, i don't knew how to translate this in English
A Professor who is responsible in keeping you writing progress, and guide you. In my case it is a 69 year old very demanding lady professor:-)

I have to write this thesis, but I'd rather play my favorite KSP or The Sims.

Fortunately, I have money from social scholarship and disability scholarship.

Yoou are an EU citizen, use that to your advantage and search EUwide wherever your language knowledge permits you to work. A bit of weirdness from a foreigner is much more tolerated than from a "native".

:lol: Yes, I think so. My sister had a roomate who was an Aspie, great guy we grew up with, but, everyone thought he was 'weird' (they also thought I was weird, but, maybe more subtley because I am a girl and didn't have the same strong behaviors expected of me as he did).
He's been traveling overseas for the past few years and seems to be accepted much better, got married last year to a beautiful and apparently very sweet girl in Nicaragua. They're expecting their first child this fall.
