This has probably been posted before, but I found it pretty depressing. I fail on all counts. And then it says "RELAX" Really?!?!?!?

I'd love to have that "relax" ability people seem to insist I have...

Yeah it's useless advice. You will have to practice with someone who can point out what you need to do differently. It's the only way.... well other than self-abuse of thousands of interviews of real-life practice....

I had most recently did a group interview in a salon setting and I kept squirming in my chair while I was waiting for my turn. This was next to not finding the seat that comfortable. The interviewer ended up calling me quirky and mimicking me.

~irritated~ What a child they were.

It's something difficult for me, not being fidgety. I probably exerted as much control over that as I did replying to questions.
NO! Don't stroke your hair!
NO! Don't put it in your mouth.
NO! Don't stroke the seat cushion.
After, of course, emptying my pockets of anything I could play with, and putting any clicky pens far out of my reach.

There's also the common physical ASD problem of never knowing where to put your hands, or not thinking about it and having your hands ending up being in a really unnatural-looking posture. So many of my otherwise nice photos through my whole life are spoiled by my hands looking ridiculous. You need to try as hard as possible to avoid this hands problem/posture when in an interview.
