I think so.

I can't get past those on-line tests to save my life. And I think this is unfair, as I know I am capable of performing the required tasks.

If it is not discriminatory a lot of times it is just bad business to automatically reject qualified candidates who have the "wrong" social abilities. Those of us who are older have seen the deterioration in quality of products, services and life in general.
