...for a month now. I have had a really bad flu and am still coughing. I feel physically worn down. On Friday my schedule was totally turned upside down and I ended up running all over the place. It was very stressful and I hope it doesn't happen often. Following my routine is crucial to my survival.
I am struggling with managing my work relationships which are impossible to keep strictly professional. People's feelings and personalities always come into play. But my focus remains the job. There is a slight distraction from a younger guy I work with with on whom I have a crush. He is too young for me and is "playing the field." Still I find myself thinking about him too often.
My job is very physical and the mental stress is warring. How do other autistics cope with working full time?
