Launched startup to follow my special interests

Last Saturday I made next real step in following my special interests in History and other Social Sciences and launched startup - social research center. I hope it would help me once to quit job I hate in applied IT and spend life on something I at least like to do.

I have team of four (and would have one more in Dcember) like-minded persons mainly who I know long enough and we already started working - some researches are launched, articles in progress, contacts with media are being established step by step. Even now it's not easy - plenty of planning and managing, dealing with motivations and expectations of team members - it takes lot of energy and besides that I conduct researches also and do many other minor but still required things. But despite all these difficulties it is much closer to what I wanted to do in life. Not exactly but the direction is right.

Let's see if the result was successful. At the same time it's an interesting experiment for how is it to be the boss with AS
