So school is over and I am looking for work. Only problem is that I remember last summer. I was let go twice and every interview after that I mentioned that I was functioning autistic people would not give me the time of the day. This does not make me feel confident at all. I really dont know what the heck to do. I hate dealing with co worker drama and backstabbers that will tell on any move you do wrong. Or managers that make you bust your behind when they sit and do nothing and take whatever days off they want. This drives me insane and yes its a fact of life. It sure makes me into a recluse where I dont even want to apply. I have tried everything really ,but jobs never seem to work out. Is there anything I can do that would be a good fit. I dont even know where to look.

im sure this is bad advice, but i would state you have a disabling condition as part of the application process and not bring it up during the course of an interview. something about bringing it up seems forced. you do want to declare in case you need reasonable accommodations, and you can certainly talk about your strengths as an autistic person, but bringing it up seems to identify it as a 'thing', at least im guessing thats what it would do for NTs. further though, do you have concerns about your functionality in a work environment? or at least the work environments for which youve interviewed? what type of work have you enjoyed before?

Dont mention autism in the first interview.
You might want to mention a few relevamt traits (and how you deal with it), but do not use the word "autism", not at first.
There is still a large stigma attached to the condition, so you will have to adapt to it
